Of course, here in South Australia, we’re extra lucky, thanks to all of our wonderful Adelaide wedding vendors! With talented and creative locally-owned suppliers, the South Australian wedding industry is seriously world-class. There’s so much talent and love in our wedding vendors and local creatives who pour their heart and soul into what they do. As an Adelaide wedding photographer, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of getting to know talented caterers, videographers and florists (to name a few!), so here are my nine favourite wedding vendors in Adelaide! 

Infinity Films 

I always love watching the wedding videos created by Infinity Films — they’re so honest, romantic and beautifully shot! They’re an award-winning cinematography studio that specialises in authentic wedding filmsshot in high definition. Infinity is one of the best Adelaide wedding videographers, and if they’re available on your date, I can’t recommend them highly enough! It’s hard to explain how magical it is to rewatch your wedding, reliving the movement, voices and emotions (watching may or may not make you shed a few tears, which is totally ok!), so I always encourage my couples to arrange both photography and videography, if the budget allows. 

I Do Cinema 

Another South Australian wedding videographer that I’m always so thrilled to work with is I Do Cinema, owned by two talented filmmakers, Dawn and Karl. Creating evocative and emotional wedding videos, I Do Cinema not only shoot in Adelaide, but they also have a passion for travel. So, if you’re Adelaide based but dreaming of a destination wedding, this videographer should be at the top of your Adelaide wedding directory list! These two love to travel and would love to come along to create an epic wedding video for you, no matter where you’re going! 

Millie Herd 

While there are plenty of bridal hair and makeup artists in Adelaide, Millie Herd is one of the best! Based in Hyde Park, she specialises in wedding looks, using natural and elegant looks that let the real you shine through. Even better, she’s all about hair and makeup styles that will last, because there’d be nothing worse than your hair falling flat before you even get to your reception! She’s also so lovely and easy to work with — it really feels like you’re meeting with an old friend, and the brides she works with are always so thrilled with her styles. 

 Memory Lane 

Take a walk down Memory Lane and you’ll find one of the best Adelaide wedding planners! Run by the uber-talented Emily, Memory Lane offers wedding styling and design services, focused on all of those tiny, beautiful and thoughtful wedding details that make your event special. The team here is so creative, stylish, and organised, so you can relax and know that your wedding will unfold just as you’ve imagined! Memory Lane offers both creative consults and styling packages, helping you visualise and create the perfect wedding celebration. 

Libby Styles 

Another Adelaide wedding stylist that I love is Libby Styles, who’s all about elegant and classic wedding styling — that’s also modern and fun! Their incredible design knowledge means they can help you through the entire styling process, including selecting a theme, visiting venues and coordinating with suppliers to ensure everything is set up perfectly. Whether you’re planning a small elopement on the beach or a grand, traditional wedding, Libby Styles can bring creativity and style to your day. 

Couture + Love + Madness 

For unique and gorgeous bridalwear that you won’t find anywhere else, be sure to check out Couture + Love + Madness. I love that the style here is innovative and modern — these aren’t grandmum’s wedding dresses! This beautiful shop is all about bridal couture that stands out in a crowd, but with styles that are still beautiful and fresh. With a bespoke, made-to-measure service, your gown will fit perfectly and, let’s be honest, you’ll feel like a million bucks when you walk down the aisle in a dress made specifically for you! 

Behind The Veil Music

One of the best parts of any wedding reception is the music! Dancing the night away with all of your nearest and dearest is one of the most fun and memorable parts of your day, so selecting the right band or DJ is a must. Behind the Veil Music look after the top Adelaide wedding bands, and are a wedding band agency run by the wonderful Jake & Amy Battersby. Successful wedding musicians in their own right, they’ve since expanded their production and now represent other wedding musicians in Adelaide. The bands and singers they look after are so talented, whether you’re after soulful tunes to slow dance to or upbeat pop covers to get everyone up on the dance floor — even dad! 

Oak & Ivory 

Ok, so I know I’m not alone on this, but I just love a bit of stationery. From wedding invites to thank you cards, Oak & Ivory are the most amazing choice for wedding stationery in South Australia. Using only premium materials, the rich texture, feel and embossing of their creations are just so satisfying to hold and read. Personalised wedding invites set such a beautiful and welcoming tone, months before your guests will even arrive, so investing in high-quality stationery is always worth it! 

The Queen’s Quarters

For dreamy and inspiring Adelaide wedding flowers, The Queen’s Quarters always amazes me with their creative and original designs. They’re one of the best wedding florists in Adelaide, designing colour palettes, styles and bouquets, all from local blooms in season.  Speaking of local blooms — I mean really local — The Queen’s Quarters have their own flower farm which you can visit, so it’s wonderful to support a talented local florist that’s all about sustainability. They know our local Adelaide wedding venues well too, so they can craft the perfect florals for your space.
